The Chicken or the Egg?

My injury has made me come up with a new twist to this old riddle.

Am I more tired because things are more difficult? Or are things more difficult because I am so tired?

Or are they not related at all.

I have asked that question of every medico or therapist I have seen. (and there have been many!) And no one had an answer.

So maybe the experts ( yes that means you) can answer it?

Please reply with what your instincts tell you is the case with you. Chicken or egg?

it might be your tbi love making you tired so brain fatigue its like me so tired cant take to much on i think that all tbi its are brain going in defence mode so the fatigue is basically your brain telling us stop rest . and we must do this its like changeing your whole life

Thankfully I have found a routine that works mostly. I can still do my job, just 6 less hours a week and I can still manage the important household stuff like shopping and cooking 3 or 4 days a week. So i know I;ve got it good compare to some. I think we all try to count our blessings, it is just so wearisome istn it?

I hope your dizziness eases off, Apparently that is one symptom that often resolves so I sure hope it does for you. Hugs back!

Canada is a huge and beautiful country. I have visited in log houses but never owned one, But we do spend as much time on lakes as we can during our summers. We have gotten sitontop kayaks, ( mobility issues with getting in and out of the cockpit of regular kayaks.) I will say I am symptom free when I am in my kayak. It is the best medicine of all. No white water stuff, just paddling along the shorelines and soaking in the peace and beauty and sometimes the wildlife. I get to see all sorts of birds and sometimes a beaver and such!

If you can possibly get onto the water I really think you should! Even a rented boat, just to see if it helps.

Oh I wish I did! We have an old house that we started repairs and renos on before i fell and it is never going to get done now it seems!

When I retire we will hire someone to finish it and then sell to move from Edmonton. Edmonton has too much winter for us.All of this February we stayed at 20 below or more.

Luckily the heat part of the reno has been done or we would have frozen!

And we want that peace too, but arent going to find it in any city! Certainly not Edmonton.

Dosent England have lots of rivers for rowing? That is an image I get when I think of Britain. People in rowboats gliding past swans. Is that from days gone by?
