Whats the key to finding happiness after a life changing trauma?

I don't have the answers but I will try and share with you my experiences. First and foremost I don't get preoccupied about things beyond my ability. the first and most important key to finding happiness is admitting to yourself youre not the person you were before the accident and only then can you start to find happiness with the new you and start exploring what the new you is capable of.
