Injury Claim allowance

I suffered my traumatic brain injury amongst other injuries in July at a work event. The time is coming soon when my pay is reduced to half pay. Has anyone here claimed for an injury allowance and works for the NHS?

I'm not sure I understand the question but when your SSP comes to a end you can claim ESA in addition to any contractual sick pay.

However as I'd expect this to be a matter of course for the NHS to facilitate, so it probably not the info you need?

you say a work event, was this as part of your duties or outside your working hours?

This was in my working hours at a team building event off site

I think Steve55 was thinking about the potential for a personal injury claim, if the NHS had any responsibility due to their negligence.

Of course if you fell over drunk you may need to forget about it.

cath it would seem as though, depending on the circumstances, you could make a claim not only against the nhs but the outward bound or wherever you you did your team building.
