This is if anyone else is intrested in going I also shared them Christabella Braden and Emmy Blackary as they had a space to write down songs and stories how music had helped them and I didn't think of telling them about the recent article headway write on this topic but they have a Facebook, Twitter and website people can check them out I also brought their album to add to my collection of mental health songs to pick me I will see if any of them are uploaded to YouTube to share
