Can’t move

Lizum profile image
4 Replies

I’m lying in bed still at 1pm and my legs and arms feel too heavy to move. I can move but it feels like I can’t. I thought today would be one of my better days but I’m feeling worse than the last couple of days. Just needed a vent.

Hi

So sorry to hear this. I know awful it is and people just dismiss it as nothing. But it’s terrible for you. If you can just try to rest and forget everything else and try to put yourself first. And I hope this will pass for you soon. Take care jean b

Yes I find myself in that state often. Nothing to do except listen to your mind/body and obey. Then in a day or two your energies will start to rise. Its such an awful debilitating state but you can't fight it so try being kind and compassionate to it, and rest.

reading your previous posts, you are coming off your medication. This could be part of the reason for how you are feeling.

Last night was my third night on medication so I thought today would be fine. Tonight is my night “off” so I know tomorrow I’ll feel crap. I’m sneezing a lot so hopefully it’s just the start of a cold.
