Deputyship After legal settlement

Hi All,

I would like to connect with other families who have been through litigation after medical negligence caused an acquired brain injury.

I am struggling to cope with the continuing input and challenges around professional deputyship, case management, COP etc. Even after settling our case I feel that our life is not our own.

Would very much appreciate a dialog with other families who may be in a similar situation.

Thank you for posting about this subject. I’m afraid I can’t answer your question but no doubt someone will have experience of this. Good luck
