I need a break (3rd one this year)

I have booked a few days in Devon on the 22nd at the holiday park I go to (yes it is the 2nd time this year (I stayed in april) and i have just come back from my break in Newcastle) but I need another one , to get away and unwind from the chaos that is work because I do feel like I am about to snap I feel it coming on every single night when I practically collapse with exhaustion and sleep for 5 hours,

on the plus side to give me a break from dealing with work I help raised £130 for mind for world mental health day today and it involved talking to the mayor and 3 councillors
