I am whipped! Sore, tired, crying from anxiety. BUT he is so strong, his biggest obstacles are hand tremors, muscle loss and his bed sore. He gets frustrated but i keep seeing more and more of my Russ. My fatigue will lighten, soreness will strengthen me and anxiety well is what it is lol. Hes home!

It is such a strange journey... but please try to take care of you through all of this. It is easy to neglect self care when caring for others but remember that it is true what they say... you cannot pour from an empty jug. Hang in there.
