Hey! Anyone from Cardiff here? I'm going to be joining some Headway Cardiff activities soon and wondered whether anyone here already attends?

Hi Cheddar, Im also from Cardiff. I don't actually go to headway but few people go from the BI group I attend & they say it's been a great help & supporr in their recovery. Let me know how you get on Sam

HI Cheddah. I go to the working group meetings. There are also daytime activities but I work so don't go to those. Get in touch with Headway to see how to join.
