Never been bothered over the anniversary of my car accident but this year it seems it could be worth looking forward to. I go to a BI group each week and the man who runs it used to give a few people personal training I was one of them. He found that a lot of other people wanted personal training as well and he didn’t have time so to be fair to everyone he stopped it with everyone. He did hint towards maybe starting doing a running group in summer. Well I have made it clear I want him to start this and a few others do as well. He’s now away til end of June but has said when he gets back he’s going to plan some running with who ever wants to join in. Also he mentioned 3 Yorkshire peaks walk which I’ve mentioned I want to do. Again he’s making sure he’s fair to everyone and knows not many will manage 3 peaks so he’s going to do a shorter walk for everyone first which will mean extra for those doing 3 peaks so I’m pleased about that. Mite ask if we can do something on the 14th the exact day of my accident could even end up doing something that day and my birthday on 24th which falls on a Tuesday which is social time at group.
Best get practicing running again.
