If this has been prescribed then the physician would only prescribe anything which is ok. If you are taking it unprescribed then no of course, only take what medicines are prescribed by physicians.

If you’re relying on it every night to sleep and can’t sleep without it I’d say you definitely need to speak to your Dr about it. They are very easy to become addicted to.
