I've complaint about a group. I've banned on the group messages ???? Is like you can't have your say. The group say I'm still welcome to be in the group ????? All the group are adults with their own opinion. One everything that Headway treat a complaint like a learning opportunities. I feel that I lied. I be pass to more people. Who will listen before my head is spinning again? ???? Headway is a needing chairty but the complaint taste is like banging your head on a wall. I meeting with the area manager but more meetings. Help!!! Should the meeting in a place that neutral?
