There may be startings of hope to be ‘fixed’

One thing that certainly depresses me is the fact that this is for life, and my issues will only get worse with age. All this mental health awareness, but a brain injury isn’t considered a mental health issue?! When most probably you suffer from most mental health issues in a oner like I do. I think mental health awareness they seem to only want to get awareness out for issues folks can actually improve on, hopefully... but yes I’m rambling. Hopefully I can share this video of a brain actually being fixed...?!

Maybe too late for many of us but not for our children and grandchildren, though I considered my own survival to be due to some pretty clever stuff which I still find amazing & slightly weird !

Each generation benefits more than the one before but we don't necessarily appreciate that our own treatment might have been pretty cutting edge !

Yep, for example the coil round my head to keep the capillaries open back in 2000, was seen as something that couldn’t have been done by doctors at the hospital I was at in 2012! Amazing how time is advancing so quickly in different areas!
