5yrs today! Brain awareness week

Happy 5th rebirth to me! It’s been 5 years today when I suffered a Suburachnoid Brain Hemorrhage. It’s 50% mortality, so I feel very grateful that I’m here in the present, with my family when it could have been so different. I’m using this second chance in life to help make a difference to others. I know it’s a difficult time right now but what got me through was eating healthy, exercising, looking after my general wellbeing. I would encourage all to do the same. Please visit kavitabasi.com to find out more.

It’s brain awareness week and Room 23 surviving a Brain Hemorrhage covers topics on illness, family, mental health and wellbeing, check out my website to buy.

Happy 5th, I'm 9 in recovery year's, unfortunately, I didn't have the luck you did. I was a RN(MH) Nurse Specialist (now retired). It's great that you are celebrating. But if you want to help others, do it with a good heart, not for profit. Sorry just my opinion, feel free to ignore.

Yes my work is voluntary as a speaker as I’m ambassador for 3 charities. My book gives a percentage donation to the Brain & spine foundation charity. I hope this gives you more info. My website are stories to give others positivity, stay well 🙏🏾

Yes, it gives me more info. Maybe it is something to do with my background, but I have an uneasy niggle, can't put my finger on it, to draw a mental image, it is the patient that say "honest gov", and you instantly do a pat down and search their room 😀

Happy Birthday, your family look like they're incredibly happy that you're still here.

I've had a look at the linked sight and brilliant stuff, the voice of I've been there always carries more weight and it makes me feel that you're experience will give a candle in the darkness light during difficult times.

You're out there fighting our cause and you and deserve recognition in the next OBE awards.

I've had the tradition of celebrating on the date of my first TBI, one of the best/ funniest memories I have is telling my young daughter, which originally confused her and then only as kids can, she said "we're celebrating that you didn't end up in a box on a table", we immediately reconsidered what TV she was watching.

This is a beautiful message and sorry for my late reply. I’m just doing what I think I can and try to be a voice for others. I would love to send you a free copy of my audiobook? X
