Reading quite a few posts here saying doctors always tell people worst that can happen to avoid giving false hope.
My mum had a doctor who was opposite of that when dealing with me after my BI I was in coma so no one would have had any idea how I would come round. This doctor gave my mum an appointment to see me around 2 month later. My mum was worried about how I’d get there. The doctor told her that I would walk into the appointment. My mum wasn’t sure and 2 month on when I actually proved him right he was surprised and said if I had been in wheelchair and unable to speak he would have been telling me it was normal for people to be like that so soon after.
So wonder what made him tell my mum I would walk into appoint when he clearly wasn’t sure if I would. Never been so pleased to prove someone right.
