That’s what I find myself saying a lot lately,should I be concerned about it .i call doctor anyway

Unless it's a new development Pat I wouldn't worry about it. Even after 6 years I still get infuriated by it. When I know I was about to make a point then forget the whole thread of what I was saying I do get angry, but it's just so ME now.

That's why I like it here on the forum ; no embarassing pauses as what I was saying is right in front of me !

I’ve found ones focus on things shifts and when it’s in focus you notice it, for example I’m mildly faceblind which generally doesn’t concern me, I’m naturally fairly confident and my inner dialogue is well external now, so I’m not at all bothered by asking some random person if I know them or not! If I say worked in media it would be a issue but I don’t so it isn’t.

I sometimes think I should record what I'm saying on my phone so I can play it back when I get stuck ! x

Yes agree with you Cat. I sometimes start talking about something and then forget what I was going to say too. Its irritating but could be worse :)
