This is a question for your surgeon, if there are no complications or aftereffects then maybe. But its very close and it may be difficult or expensive to get insurance. You must get insurance and declare the procedure.
My sister flew many times before her surgery with a very large, 10 mm aneurysm, with no ill effects. Cabins on the planes are pressurised to mimic normal surroundings so dont normally affect anyone with brain problems.
