Treatment methods PBA - Help me!

Hello,

I suffered a traumatic brain injury eight years ago, and now I have difficulty walking. I can still stand and walk slowly. What made me so miserable was the PBA syndrome, and I laughed and did not cry.

I read about Paul Pugh's story (bbc.com/news/disability-406.... I'm also in the same situation with him.

Now that I live in Vietnam, I am looking forward to someone helping me with a treatment.

Thank you!

Pseudobulbar (or inappropriate laughing/crying). Often described as emotional incontinence. xx

I want to use this drug "Dextromethorphan hydrobromide and quinidine sulfate (Nuedexta)". But I'm in Vietnam.

I've been reading about the awful lack of essential medicines in Vietnam and how people are forced to buy them at inflated prices not knowing whether they're fake or harmful.

Did you research your condition on the internet or were you diagnosed by a doctor ?

I have not been diagnosed by a doctor. In my country, there is no concept of PBA. I need your help.

The only medications available to me are those prescribed specifically for me by my own doctor.

Compared to yours, our health system is very good but medication is strictly monitored and, unless personally prescibed, cannot be accessed by others.

We, like you, have the option of buying drugs online but the risks of fake or toxic concoctions are too dangerous.

I'm sorry I'm unable to help you Quangvu.

No Quangvu I haven't used those medicines. I wish I could help you my dear but don't have the means ; I'm so sorry.

I hope you'll find a more helpful route for dealing with this troublesome issue.

Best wishes ; I hope there are better days ahead for you.
