I phoned up the Headway helpline today and found myself chuckling for the first time in a long while. I'd recommend giving them a ring if feeling overwhelmed or down.

I called them yesterday and found it so nice to have a conversation with somebody outside my immediate family who completely understands my situation!
I can understand that. I think quite a few of the helpline folk have had brain injuries. It was good to hear someone say that its normal to keep getting tired.
Nine to five monday to friday. six peplole run it ! they include neruo nurses
