I'm back , and wanted to give a up date on me,things you no what I mean . Anyway the part time job is ok ,it will do for now .my partner is gone on holidays and I'm alone for the first time since my head injury. Just saying hi now comes hard to me and I noooo why it's my head . Anyway hope your all good 😘

Hi Patrick must congratulate you on your first time of going it alone. Its a massive step forward. I remember my first time it was a little scary but I managed and it felt like a big achievement. Hope you're not on your own too long. Rachel X

not been out alone yet unless taxi an back as most of the time I suffer alone anyway only person got to rely on is myself so its hard being carer patient an all as one have a good week all;
