Well the evidence is pretty conclusive

After doing the "does sleep affect memory" assessment tests for the last 3 days, I got the results. Well the evidence is pretty conclusive - I have poor memory compared to the rest of the respondents. The green dots on the left of the screen are mine :-(

Is this your score when affected by poor sleep so your score had been higher when you have slept better or is it your memory score because of your bi regardless of how your sleep was?

Since I never really sleep now, I think this is the "new me" level.

That has been me too getting very little sleep and the couple of hours I did was broken by waking 5-7 times and the odd bits of sleep I got were light and unrestorative. Recently I became aware of circadin tablets which are the natural melatonin we should produce in our brains to give us our sleep cycle. I asked my gp if I could try it and she was happy to prescribe. It has worked brilliantly for me and I now get considerably better sleep! GP happy for me to stay on it because it is not a sedative sleeping tablet it is replacing the natural hormone for sleep that I don't seem to produce myself anymore.

I dont think I should do the sleep study because my sleep problem was an every day sleep deprivation problem so no days of being able to have good memory because of having had good sleep I think it would give a false result as wouldn't show the difference between ability after good sleep compared to ability after poor sleep.
