Good evening all, strange question, does anyone feel thirsty all the time well not all but most .

pat rick go and get a blood test,,,,,,sometimes thats a sign of diabetes.

Hi Pat-rick - look up diabetes insipidus. Linked to the brain/thyroid, and a quite different thing to insulin-based diabetes. Keep drinking and see your GP.

It's essential to keep the brain hydrated. This is what helps it regenerate. So if you are always thirsty then just drink lots of water. I have also become a lot more thirsty.

My husband had this a lot & his was his damaged pituitary gland. Hopefully you can also be tested. Lots of luck x

Yes i think i do feel more thirsty than usual. The brain like water so drink away!

If you're thirsty you are already dehydrated. Go get yourself checked. I also take Dioralyte rehydration sachets when I feel dehydrated to give me a kick start!
