Thinking out loud.

At one of my regular activities today an announcement was made that a female associated with the organisation and mother of a four year old had a major stroke last weekend and is "locked in" and on life support. The only communication possible is by eye blinks.

This began a discussion of things that anyone thought could be helpful.

When I mentioned recording stuff for her to listen to someone picked up on it and suggested that a yoga recording set against relaxing music might be good. I think it is a fantastic idea.

No matter how bad our day has been we can, at least, be grateful that we can communicate even if we aren't very clear sometimes.

It got me thinking of our members who are no longer active on the site because things have got worse and they can no longer take part.

Sending lots of love and healing wishes to all those who can't join in and their families.

Regarding this particular lady I am hopeful that there is much that can be rewired, rerouted and relearned.

Love n hugs to you all

Xoxo
