dont vape before you go to bed

i had a vaping session late last night and have discovered that cbd is a stimulant unable to get to slrrp it is now7,10am and still not ready for bed ( good job im not working anymore lesson learnt

I take CBD orally and haven't found it stimulating but rather actually helps me to sleep. I'm surprised, maybe the hemp oil contained too much THC which is known to be stimulating. Are you using the CBD oil sold by CBD Brothers?

Funnily enough I've had trouble sleeping again since stopping the drops, and I did use them late at night. It was blue CBD oil from CBD Brothers. x
