how do you start claiming benefits and what am i allowed to claim? i had a tbi but i lost my taste and smell which now is a disability to me and have dark depression anxiety and panic attacks. My memory is not the best in the world and everyday life is becoming harder

There are a few you maybe intitled to like PIP and ESA. If you go onto the Headway website you can download their info about welfare benefits. Also check out the DWP/ gov website to see what your financial situation entitles you to apply for.

I just noticed you mentioned ESA in your first post and still don't know what to do. So .... If you need help to know what you could claim for I would suggest you make an apt with your local CAB - Citizens Advice Bureau.
