though I am experienced with Epilepsy it's always been the onlooker/carer I work in care homes with folks who have learning disabilities where the prevalence of Epilepsy is high.

But i've never had a seizure and time is now on my side, ie i'm no more at risk than the rest of the population, though I do twitch and jerk which I never did which does mildly worry me sometimes.

Sorry Andy missed this one when first posted. Very informative post as I don't suffer epilepsy, I've been lucky enough to miss this side effect, up to now at least.

I go to acupuncture on a Monday morning and have to leave the house at 8.30 so hadn't checked the iPad!

keep them sarky,humorous and true insight videos rolling. These should be used to show people of what can happen with a brain injury even though we know everyone is different....

I'm in the process of sniffing essential oils at the moment ,yes you read that right least I wont get arrested for stuff going up my nose. :)

Actually I work in an airport so cameras(big brother) is always watching so maybe they are keeping an eye on me......lol

The peppermint one is a good nasal one for clearing the head and of course the bunged up nose feeling.

Oh hell. Why do I always make that mistake. I know that Curfew is a lass but, to be fair these arbitrary, nonsensical cock-ups are all part of the syndrome which has become my life.
