looking for a good Neurosurgeon and Neurophysiologist in Manchester area

Hello everyone, Im seriously thinking of moving to live with my husband. I thought I could do a research before I move, Im looking for a Neurosurgeon and Neurophysiologist in the area of Manchester, Liverpool or Warrington. Could any of you advise a place of specific person?

The neurophysiologist I see is Dr Larawy at Preston royal. I have nothing to compare him to, but I think he's good.
