This picture I have drawn is for a member of the public, my aunties co worker and friend.
I will be selling this to her for £20 including frame and it will be my first piece of art I have sold.
I do realise that £20 might be too cheap and I should sell for more but I don't want to go overboard with the price... for now.
My art tutor is better than me and she sells her work for around £20-£30 as well.
Plus also, I am not a greedy son of a whatsit and don't need the money right now.
However, I will be using half of the money to donate to Headway and the other half to my other disabled club, Dis-play, who are the ones who helped me get this far with my drawing :).
Take care everyone and cheery byes :),

Hi Matt, yet another wonderful piece of art from you, and I'm so happy for you to see you are selling it, you have a wonderful talent, it's fantastic you also you found the right people, dis-play , to help you! Keep going and one day we may hear and see your works on TV or the Royal academy of Art. I think I got that name correct.

It was in 2010 when I joined Dis-play. It is another charity for people with disabilities of any kind. In 2011 I showed off my art that I had already drawn to the ladies who run this group and they were impressed.
These ladies have a friend who is also a great artist and I sometimes see her at Dis-play and she provides techniques to help me out with my drawings and she has done an excellent job :).
Thanks and I'm not to sure of the breed, I assumed it was some sort of terrier but now you mention Bichon Frisé, it could be that.
That's correct, it is a lovely way to say thank you that I am donating my earnings to these charities who need the money more than I do and if they did not exist, neither would my artistic name... That's ARTISTIC not AUTISTIC :).
Brilliant, I love it. I sell cards from pics I've painted and one thing I've learnt is people love pictures of animals, dogs and cats. You're really good Matt. Artists a great therapy, if I couldn't draw or paint I think I'd go mad .
Years ago, I lost a lot of confidence and motivation and stopped drawing altogether!
Then I joined Headway and it started to slowly come back to me and I started drwaing again.
I was also a fan of playing video games and at first I started drawing pictures from video games.
Other people started noticing my art and I got in touch with other friends who are also art lovers and I had introduced to new mediums (Graphite pencils, colour pencils).
I have also met another artist called Jamie Boots who draws wildlife, Tigers, Zebras, Elephants... He kind of inspired me.
So like I say, this is the first piece I might be selling and hopefully it is the first of many :).
Oh you are welcome such a lovely talented man... thanks for the welcome most interesting on here... but your art work is exceptional....made my day looking at itxxxx
