Hi to all on the headway forum

I Just want to say thank you for all your help, past present

and I'm sure I'll still need you in the future....

Because I know even with a B.I.

my weird and wonderful journey will never end.

This is my thank you to you.........so far

Life pre B.I. was mad and crazy

and post B.I. It's still the same

although a bit hazy......

Im 8 years on with my B.I.

So I thought I'd write and say my bit

To all you guys who've proved a hit

Sharing your thoughts, helps and tips

When I've struggled and not known what to do

I read on headway what you guys go through

It's like looking in the mirror and there you all are

sat on my shoulder, although from afar

Helping, guiding and sharing,

but most of all being there...... just caring

So a big thank you I send

As I often lend the advice you give

that's if it doesn't get lost in the sieve (brain)

I share with friends, family and loved ones

And life with a B.I. ain't too bad

It's just sometimes a little sad

But all in all each day brings its battles

and now I know the score

I've gone from corporal B.I. to Captain B.I..

I salute you all my friends

Take care and be the best you can be for you
