Hi M8,

I wasn't really thinking about the people who find it hard to read, so apologies.

I'm not always good at explaining or summarising things either but basically the web page has a list of conspiracy theories that have proven to be true but the government/s and other agencies try to hide the truth.

There is a lot of stuff out there that we have been told that is false.

Just thought some folk might be interested to know the truth.

Take care,

MJ

Hi Stace,

There is a section about UFOs but it does not mention Roswell or the moon landings.

The moon landings is another conspiracy that could/should have been mentioned.

Apparently that was set up too.

Exactly Matt (definitely question that one myself due to the evidence given. Saying that is all the evidence fact or fiction ;o)

I'm surprised that has never been scrutinised by scientist's & explained as t why it's a load of .............. if it is / or vice versa ;o)

& as for Roswell, don't get me started on Roswell ;o)

It does seem like some conspiracies could be rubbish and some could be truth such as the moon landings.

But when it comes to pharmaceutical drugs and the health care system... Well, I know it is corrupt by my own experience.

Big Pharma is the name of the pharmaceutical company conspiracy.

It is all down to making money with them, that is all. They do not care about people's health, they just want money.

This is why I try to steer clear from doctors and pharmaceutical drugs now. They only do more harm than good.

And vaccines are even worse.

Much worse in the states.

Jim Carrey, the actor. Well, he is no actor now, he is more of an activist and is really against vaccines.

No more flu jabs for me :).

I'd be careful with this stuff Matt, especially from a source that only provides links to it's own material. I personally don't believe any of those theories, but I'll go with 9/11...

The idea that the 9/11 attacks were staged I find ridiculous and prolongs the pain of the families involved who really just need some closure. There is a huge difference between the idea of not believing the explanation from the government as to why the attacks happened, and believing that the attacks were staged by the government. Not believing the official statement can range from withholding disturbing facts to not revealing information that could hurt privacy.

If sites are going to throw around statements like; "the fact that the supposed “Al-Qaeda” terrorist group was in fact a creation of the Central Intelligence Agency", they better have some evidence to back it up, which they don't, just more links to their own website.

As for this delightfully impossible explanation (collective-evolution.com/20..., the idea that the towers came down due to planted explosives is just too big a feat to pull off. Obviously, you couldn't wire those things up during business hours, as it would be tough to explain to the 100,000 people working there on any given day why you were tearing out pieces of wall to plant explosives on steel beams.

Also take into account this example of a building just half the size of one WTC tower taking 4,000 separate charges to bring down (controlled-demolition.com/j.... Four thousand.

That job took seven months prep work in an abandoned building (i.e not full of 100,000 workers everyday cramming the place up). The demolition crew in this 9/11 theory, on the other hand, can work only at night and has to spend the last bit of every shift carefully repairing the wall and hiding any evidence of charges or detonators as not to be discovered during the day.

Huge teams of demolitions experts, who had no problem wiring a building full of innocent New Yorkers to explode, hired in secret, worked every night for what had to be a year (and that's only if they had a big enough crew) placing maybe 10,000 separate charges in each tower and another few thousand in WTC 7 (the smaller WTC tower that also collapsed, later in the day on 9/11).

And nobody notices.

Truckloads of bombs, dozens of mysterious workers, going in and out of the building, night after night. Security at the building doesn't catch them, Port Authority Police don't catch them, random eyewitnesses who stumble across the operation and call the cops don't catch them, maintenance workers who stumble across wet paint and repaired walls and bits of strange wire don't catch them, security cameras don't catch them.

The bomb-sniffing dogs who were brought in from time to time (remember, these buildings were bombed by terrorists in 1993) who are trained to find even one bomb, fail to notice the 10,000 bombs lining their building.

I just don't want you buying into this stuff Matt, there's enough problems in the world without believing that entire government murdered thousands of people for unconfirmed reports of oil.

Hi Ben,

The reason I buy into this sort of stuff is because there is so much evidence across the internet of 9/11 and even very convincing videos on Youtube. A large percentage of the American public believe it was staged as well.

The whole government conspiracy thing for 9/11 started with a kid called Dylan Avery. He was 18 at the time. He claims that he was doing construction work on a bar owned by James "Tony Soprano" Gandolfini. The story he tells is that Avery wanted to be a movie director. At a party he seized the opportunity to buttonhole Gandolfini, and the two had this conversation (or so he says:

Avery: Mr. Soprano! I'm a huge fan!

Soprano: That's great, kid.

(Glances at bodyguards)

Avery: You know, I want to be a director...

Soprano: Like I care. The kid who cleans my gutters wants to be a director. You got an idea for a movie?

Avery: Well, no...

Soprano: Then why you comin' up to me talkin' about bein' a director?

Avery: I've always wanted to-

Soprano: Shut up. Listen to me...

(Nods toward bodyguards, who approach from across the room)

Soprano: ...Let me tell you the problem with kids like you. You don't wanna direct. You don't wanna tell stories. You wanna be a director. You wanna walk down red carpets with a starlet on your arm. You ain't got nothin' to say to the world. For you, the movies, the work, it's just a means to an end. Limousines and cocaine, right?

Avery: Yes! That sounds great!

Soprano: People like you the most dangerous people in the world because you'll do anything for the spotlight. You'd tattoo a Swastika on your head if you thought it would get you a movie deal. The people who make it, the people who deserve to make it, the ones who get respect... they're the ones who got something to say to the world.

Avery: I don't under- Ooomph! My crotch!

(Soprano's bodyguards deliver several vicious blows to Avery's body, then dump him into an alley).

If you read between the lines. Dylan Avery wanted fame. Badly. How far would he go to get it?

He sat down and started writing a FICTIONAL SCREENPLAY about he and his buddies finding out 9/11 was a government conspiracy. Fictional. Sort of an The X-Files episode. Avery mentions this in every interview he does.

Since he had no money to film his own movie, he started cutting together video and photos off the internet, creatively editing them to make them scary and ominous, cutting the visuals to fit the story, making a fake documentary.

So up until this point, this story is pure fiction made up by this guy.

But then...

Conspiracy buff Phillip Jayhan ambles into Dylan's life, waving around a sweaty wad of money. Jayhan offered to pay for Avery to get his little film off the ground. Only, the thing is, Jayhan didn't think it was fiction. Jayhan, who believed in every available conspiracy prior to 9/11, believes that the WTC planes had missiles on them that were fired at the towers and that's why they fell down. Oh, and also there were bombs in the towers. Or something.

Avery, realizing now that the financial future of his film and his dreams of fame and fortune lie entirely in selling Loose Change (the movie) as a factual documentary, miraculously discovers that, in fact, the plot behind 9/11 is real.

Why would he do this?

I know why. You do, too. Why do people have blogs? Why do people line up for American Idol auditions? Why is Hollywood full of food service workers dreaming of stardom?

Everybody wants the attention, the validation. It's just that some will do more to get it than others.

Pleeeeease Matt, don't get sucked into this stuff when there's so much counter evidence!

Matt2584 profile image

I don't believe in this stuff because of wanting attention or validation or anything like that. I share this stuff, and on Facebook too, because I am hopefully getting people to be more aware of the world, the gov and so on.

All the people that want fame and fortune and hope to get there because of the X factor and things like that, they are naive.

No one has to believe any of what I share and trust me, I don't get sucked into this, I take most things with a pinch of salt, even these conspiracies.

There is a lot of things, conspiracies I know of but I can't explain it all. That is where the internet helps.

This Avery kid and his story could all be rubbish as well at the end of it all. But I have seen and read a lot of evidence about 9/11 and I believe it was an inside job.

Like I said before, there is a lot of evidence pointing to an inside job and for me, how the towers were brought down was just like a demolition.

But if you don't believe the evidence on the net either, you don't have to. I am merely just spreading the word, that is all.

The point is that Avery's story was fictional, he just wanted to make a movie, but some people turned it into "truth".

All I need to know from you is; how do you think people managed to smuggle that many explosives into the trade centre without any one noticing? But you don't have to answer that.

But that's fair enough Matt, we're just at a difference in opinion, and I don't think I'll be able to dissuade you...

By the way I wasn't saying you were saying this to get attention, I was saying that that's why people make this stuff up :)
