I am still struggling a bit with my Mum's death and sorting out all her affairs and I am not ready to get fully involved with online life again just yet but I am going to be dropping in and out for a while and thought I would say hi.

Does take time to recover after a loved one, best wishes and we'll be here.

It's lovely to see that familiar name again iforget. Bereavement is a long process isn't it ; especially when it's your mum.

Your friends are here whenever you're ready. xx

Grief takes time and there are many different stages of it that you will pass through. Society often makes us feel that we should be ok and getting on with life after the funeral has taken place but that is so wrong and it takes time and often a long time. It's great that you've popped in here briefly to let us know you need time out but will be back when you feel ready and able.

Best wishes x

Just to say that I agree with what every one has said. Take whatever time you need and remember that we are here when you need/want us.

Lots of lovenhugs

Thinking of you Iforget. It is such early days, your mum is your mum. I know how it feels as I lost my dad in April. You can feel so lost

Take care

Sx

Hi I forget,

I think it is very thoughtful of you to think about your online friends just now.

So a big thoughtful thankyou from me. And I do hope you are coping/managing the best you can. I know how very difficult it is loosing a loved one........whether it be a much loved mum, dad, son, daughter, brother, sister and many more of our dearly loved ones.

Life is very short but memories last.....so when you can take a moment and remember

I do this often and it brings me much comfort I hope in time it does for you as well.

Hello iforget,

Lovely to see your online presence, even if it is fleeting! Come back when you are ready, we will still be here!

I hope you finish up tying loose ends soon, which will give you time to grieve & process your mothers passing, without all the "official stuff" getting in the way!

You will be in my thoughts
