They did have I believe they split up years back. The best video I watched that matched mine and my partners training was like the blood and guts video Yates did.

Lol me and my buddy still a great friend were known in the gym as the nasty pair!!

We got a bollocking for overloading a leg press machine we had 25 20 kg plates on it and 2 100 lb Dumbbells we couldn't get anymore on lol oops x
