Hi guys

For the past 2days I have been trying to add a profile picture. I have followed the instructions but still can't . When I press onto the part where the picture should be it just says ( copy and save image ) but there isn't a image to save.

I gave up trying. I might ask one of my kids to do it for me.

Iv already asked my daughter and her boyfriend and they can't do it

I couldn't change my profile picture on an android device because there was no option to do so, but I could do it on my old windows 7 laptop by simply clicking on 'edit profile' and then you'll see an icon over your profile picture saying 'upload'. You might need to resize the image before you upload it.

I have been involve in computers for 35 years (remember the ZX81) and I can't do it either
