Eyes

Today, I went to see my opthalmologist and he said that I need not see him again. I will always have double vision, but I have now adapted my field of vision, and move my head, not my eyes. He also said he would advise the DVLA that I am fit to drive. Awesome! That's 21 months post TBI!

Great news. I have double vision and have to wear a patch for driving but doing stupid things like being able to go to the supermarket was hugely empowering.

Well done. It makes life so much easier if you can get yourself to the doctors, supermarket etc. under your own steam.

Really pleased for you :)
