Who has an IQ of 86? Apparently I'm a blithering idiot...

On the GAI-I scored a 95%-apparently this test is not as directly influenced from working memory.

There you go, perfect response. Ignore the tests and go try something yourself. Test your abilities and confidence

I got rejected for a volunteer role on Thursday that I had many years experience in. Felt down and first - but then its there loss not mine.

very good idea, getting back to work even if vastly reduced hours helped me loads, I'm well aware it's a mild injoury for myself.

I started off volunteering, it lead to an hour a day paid work, which gradually lead to me doing 20-25 hrs a week now. Don't give up. No one can give you your life, you have to go get it.
