Hi there hi I have had 4brain operations since last year and still waiting for another 1 and I woke up to find a lump in my ear could it be

Cause of all the operations or could it be cause I have got half of my skull missing

Perhaps an infection ? There's no point in trying to guess, but if it is infection it needs pretty swift attention. Does your GP have an 'out of hours' service, or is there a walk-in clinic near you ?

Of course there's A&E but you'd need to be prepared for a long wait during the weekend.

I suppose you could wait 'til Monday & see your own doctor but, if it were me (after such extensive surgery) I would want to deal with it sooner rather than later to rule out possible infection which is something to be avoided (or treated) at all costs.
