Person injured means police investigation 'If owing to the presence of a motor vehicle a person is injured .....' If as you say you have been run over by a lorry then you will have been in hospital. What do you want, treatment, compensation or support from a charity?

Brainedat17 is very right. Patrick Allen was my solicitor. There are many charities who can offer support but be sure to get the best help for friends and family too. A book i read about Bipolar disorder (an unquiet mind) says 'love is a sustainer, a renewer and a protector'

Hi Keanna,

Thank you for your post.

I would suggest contacting our helpline on 0808 800 2244 or helpline@headway.org.uk to talk things through with them. They can discuss your situation, and explain what support is on offer from us at Headway, and what you might be able to access elsewhere.

We look forward to hearing from you soon,

Best wishes,

Headway
