Consistency the key?

Consistency to be happy for a day or better a week,

To smile, not frown never feel down,

Good thoughts not sad happy and glad,

A bad day today it will go away,

How many times the hopes and fears,

Its been so many years,

Always the same cycle again,

That's the fate of my injured brain.

A day is great, a week would be better. And yes, today's bad day will go away, they always do.... eventually.

Thanks, it really seems to have got harder. I don't think many people understand, so all is kept inside. Walk around trying to pretend everything's fine. I should know that this is what I have but feel so tired of it.
