I went to the races with my wife last Saturday, first time since injury and had a really good time. I felt close to normal the whole day, hardly any headaches and balance felt pretty good. Chilled in the garden on Sunday and Monday in the beautiful weather and by the end of the weekend I felt like things are finally starting to improve. Back to work yesterday and boy did I come crashing back down with headaches, fatigue really bad. Slept the afternoon and felt so depressed last night knowing that things aren't actually getting any better at all!! I only got 3 hours sleep last night and feel shocking again today. When am I going to get back to some normality???

a couple of things, i find the sun does help with giving you a sense of well being, and we just dont get enough of it anymore
is your work stressful, sounds like the stress of work is not helping hence the bump
its nice that you had good time, and hope you get many more
You were possibly enjoying the weekend so much that you didn't realise how much extra energy you were putting into it......and then the crash.
I'm often the 'life and soul' in company......followed the next day by the need to lie down in a darkened room 'til the splitting headache subsides.
I hope the good times are often repeated and that you start to find a better balance in your life. When things are going so well, as you described on bank holiday, try to take stock of your posture and breathing......we can be smiling and tense at the same time and the fatigue and headaches you suffer could easily be the result of stress that you're not even aware of at the time.
Best wishes cat x
