Very confused about results ,help needed please

Hi I wonder could I ask what you think of my test results

Medichecks 12 August - iron 62.37 (5,8-34.5)

Ferritin 34.7 (13-150)

Transferrin Saturation 88.01% (20-50)

Hospital 15 AUGUST IRON 12.9

FERRITIN 47.1

TRANSFERRIN SATURATION 18.8%

GP 17AUGUST IRON 5.8

FERRITIN 89.1

IRON SATURATION 8,5%

I WAS IN HOSPITAL IN APRIL WITH MILD PANCREATITIS AND BLOCKED GALLBLADDER DUCT ,I HAD MY GALLBLADDER REMOVED YEARS AGO BUT SUFFER FROM CONSTANT PAIN IN LIVER AREA ,SCANS SHOWED FATTY LIVER ,LIVER AND PANCREAS TESTS COMING BACK NORMAL ,I ALSO HAVE THYROID DISEASE (HASHIMOTOS )

I HAVE ONE GENE FOR HAEMOCHROMITOSIS H63D WHICH SHOWED UP ON A 23 AND ME TEST ,DON,T KNOW WHAT TO MAKE OF ALL THIS ,WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE SOME HELP AND ADVICE
