you only have to worry about lipstick .... as i was told that for gluten to do any damage it has to be digested ... so makeup other than lipstick is fine

Essexgirl, that may be so but sometimes when people really worry and feel unwell and they cannot find any other cause but they notice that they are not quite so bad when they do not wear make-up .. it is always worth a try to find some which may help them to feel less uncomfortable. We are all different .. remember the old saying 'one man's meat is another man's poison.'

Unlike food items that do not contain gluten - make-up items appear to be quite inexpensive by comparison.

If only the food items would match like for like items in price!!
