The importance of vitamin D

I had not realised how being defficient in Vit D affects our bodies so detrimentally. I know some one who has hyper thyroid and they went to their Doc's and when they arrived at reception had a mild heart attack and they were obviously whisked away to casualty. In hospital the cause of their problems were soon diagnosed as an under active thyroid and they also had inflamed kidneys. It took 3 months for them to get the level of medication for the thyroid sorted but they still felt tired and low and then their Doc wrote to them and said you are very defficient in Vit D please come and see me, I saw her just over a week later and the difference was amazing just because of taking Vit D.

So as per the advice on here by others it is well worth having your vitamin and mineral levels checked out.
