Does any one else feel that their body hates them?
I know it can feel like that. I also have Hashimotos and I was put into the ME catagory in my early 20s. Have you tried doing the Paleo diet or the Specific carbohydrate diet. These are diets that promote extra healing in out autoimmune conditions.
Go here for some really good info and the podcasts are really good to listen to.
I like Chris - he's a young guy but medically trained and he's very into nutritional advice - part of the functional medicine movement which is more prevalent in the USA.
His podcasts are quite comforting to listen to and are really positive,.
Have you tried accupuncture - think it's a great tool for tuning in to you bodies emotional healing needs to.
Don't feel guilty about treating yourself to a nice holistic treatment if you can afford to. If money is tight then meditaion is great and gentle yoga all of this directs your body's energy into healing energy.
I aslo eat organic - but not expensive stiff from supermarkets. I get a great deal from a food co-op where a group of us have veg bags delivered from a local farmer to a local cafe and he reduce the veg bag price a little because we ordered in a group. It's well worth it and I don't have to rely on the inferior supermarket produce.
Unfortunately today's environment is hard on our delicate body's and the less chemical stress we expose ourselves to the better.
You probably do all this already so excuse me if i'm being in any way patronising!

Thanks Laura
