ibs and muscle weakness

i have suffered with ibs for many years and have now got a weak muscle in bowel

my sphincter muscle is weak and i have had a test called a sigmoidcoloptry or something like that were they put a balloon and water into the back passage to test the nerves and muscles and results are i have a weakness in the muscle also i suffer from i.b.s and it has got worse and i dont get any notice when my bowel works and have been near a few times to having an accident and i get chronic pian which is un bearable and i have never had pain like it before it makes me nearly pass out and i go a grey colour and look like death history in family with same and my gran had bowel cancer but i also have acid reflux and think it might be ulcerative coalitis but i need to ask my consultant also feel full after 2 mouthfuls of food and cant digest meat diet is changed
