Does anyone else get salt and cheese cravings?

I mainly get these around 10pm and noticed I got them after going gluten free. I was never a big cheese fan before? Anyone else notice this as well?

I love cheese and salty food but i always did . Even before i was gluton free.

I have major salt cravings too. That is usually an issue with your adrenals. Low cortisol, either in adrenal fatigue or adrenal insufficientcy, or even (in VERY severe cases) addison's disease!

Get your cortisol check with a short synacthen test at your endo next time you're there

Thanks ThatPandaGirl..I am surprised as it always occurs around 10pm/ 11pm and I never used to have it pre-cd. Plus I'm always wide awake till 2am and up at 8am. So how do I get an endo ? And an Short Synacthen test? I am at the doctors at least each month for one issue or another and don't want to look like a bad penny...; )

wow thats interesting cause i get salt cravings since being gf.....my dietician told me to go with it & listen to the cravings as you are craving dietary basics....i will think on this one thanks
