paprika chilli

hello

Not sure if it's related to gluten intolerance but asking here.

When I eat paprika or chilli even in very small amounts (low down the ingredient list) I end up waking in the middle of the night for hours, as if I've had caffeine. Wired and tired.

anyone else get this, and importantly any solutions? Anything I can do other than try to avoid. Last night ingredients said spices but v likely one of these and I'll be exhausted all day at work. Thanks for your help.

Hi Lumpymom

I have a similar problem with chilli, paprika (and a bunch of other foods). Indigestion will keep me awake for hours.

I’m guessing it’s because our insides are just extra sensitive?
