Hi there just wondering if anyone on here has ever tried Gliadinx? Keep reading about it and wondering whether it’s worth a try. Supposed to help with side effects from cross contamination from gluten but don’t want to waste my money if it doesn’t help in any way . Like most of you I struggle with being able to eat out with confidence and hoped this may help.

I haven’t tried it but a neighbour swears by this for cross contamination. I’ve no idea where she gets it from though. They’ve lived in Russia and Singapore where they had excellent healthcare. One doctor they used to see over there had a practice in Canada (or States) did one week in each country.

I’m going out for food tonight (first time in years). I rang the restaurant in advance and apologised if I became ill -

(I’ve SIBO small intestinal bacterial overgrowth as well - joy .) Fingers crossed.

HiThanks for reply. Really appreciate the feedback. Think I might just try it and see how I go. It’s a company in America that I’ve found this brand . Good luck with the meal out tonight, I actually have one go to place where I never get glutened and it’s ran by a chain called Brunning and Price who own a chain of pub/restaurants but would like to be confident enough to try somewhere different.

How are you ? Well, it was lovely, I was just happy to be out so didn’t eat much.

I haven’t used Gluten shield, I’ve had a look for the brand I’ve posted not found it yet. Highly likely, I will invest in it though.

Hi no not tried that, be interested whether works too?Let us know if you find they work?

I take diamine oxidase tablets for histamine intolerance.
