Check your local supermarket’s Free From section. Some supermarkets do their own self raising gf flour, like Asda and Sainsbury’s.

Doves Farm are probably the best manufacturers.

I buy Doves farm S/R Gf flour and it’s really good, their plain white and brown bread flour is also excellent.

You can buy Gluten Free self raising flour, but make sure it’s definitely marked as ‘gluten free’, you can also buy gluten free baking powder to add to gluten free flour.
