It's also unlikely that anyone can help you either way on this matter as the site is not monitored/managed by medical professionals - you will find advice on here specific to coeliac, coeliac diagnosis and management, food ideas/ thoughts, but any actual diagnosis/immediate medical concerns need to be addressed by visiting your doctor. Throat pain is not a standard coeliac symptom, and if you have underlying autoimmune condition that tends to not be uncommon for coeliacs, only a coeliac blood test/investigation will answer your question.
It's clear to see how concerned you are about your symptoms - not least because you have posted the exact same question in 4 other Health Unlocked forums besides the GFG's!
The bitter taste could be because of acid reflux from the stomach: there is a possibility that you have GERD/ GORD. have a check with the doctor, who will give you proper medications
You seem to have posted across quite a few forums, and are responding with a different profile. This is a bit confusing and I think it's probably best to speak with GP to start looking at diagnosis. Every health group will have a different focus so it's unlikely you will find a specific diagnosis from that approach. I would say make appointment with your doctor and have the discussion at medical level.
