Shortly after my first topic concerning cheese, I learned that my lactase count was 2. (It’s supposed to be between 10 and 100). My question is addressed to those of you who are familiar with their lactase counts and have as low a count as mine.
Do you ever eat cheese? How much in one sitting? Half slice of tasty? 4 cubic cm of aged cheddar? Or is it supposed to be totally out of the table if lactase is this low.
(My gastroenterologist just avoids to answer such questions and suggests that i see a dietician, which i currently can’t afford)
